⁠Laravel Setup (One-Shot Initializer)

PHP-CLI + Node 22 + Composer. Runs once at startup to initialize your Laravel project.

⁠Default setup.sh behavior

1. composer install (with --no-dev in production)
2. npm install && npm run build (if package.json exists)
3. Set storage/cache permissions
4. Generate app key (if not set)
5. Run migrations
6. Create storage symlink
7. Optimize (in production)

setup:

Override the default setup script by bind-mounting your own setup.sh.
