Added this to package.json after reading https://mochajs.org/#getting-started⁠

Docker file was point to centOs 6 and I got a cert err

• Lots of useful suggestions on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21855035/ssl-error-cert-untrusted-while-using-npm-command⁠
• Main problem I think was that it was so old the cert expired

So next moved to 7 but found that 8 is the real useful one
