This project provides an easy way of running WPE Webkit on the RaspberryPi B (Gen 1) and Zero models. It is completely based and built from the work of Petros Angelatos (petrosagg/resin-wpe). Obviously these hardware models will not be as performant as the later generation ones (i.e. Raspberry Pi 3). It was created mainly out of curiosity to see it work on what hardware was availability at the time and to gain some experience with Yocto.

WPEWebkit is a full featured browser that takes advantage of the GPU to provide hardware accelerated CSS, WebGL, and HTML5 video.
