conda/c3i-build repository overview

This folder contains some scripts that:

1. Build pseudo or real cross-compilers.
2. Create CDT packages from a variety of distros.
3. Using 1. and 2. builds a new Miniconda based on forks of conda-forge recipes.

It also contains (or will contain) a collection of Minicondas built this way.

Currently it needs an existing Miniconda but there is no reason it could not be made work given nothing more than a system Python 3 and the pre-requisites of crosstool-ng which are: bash, gperf, make, sed, autoconf, automake, m4, gcc, g++, patch, file, which, binutils + maybe a few more.

It is somewhat rough and ready but I intend to keep working on it over time.
