ConfigSeeder

ConfigSeeder® configuration management system allows you to securely store your application configuration at a central place. It manages the configuration of all your applications and environments. ConfigSeeder offers a fine-grained access control system and integrates with your existing security infrastructure.

⁠Variants of ConfigSeeder

ConfigSeeder comes in different variants, each variant support one specific database as persistency:

VariantDescription
H2ConfigSeeder with H2 persistency:
  • ConfigSeeder with H2 persistency is intended for prototyping and executing proof of concepts.
  • This variant comes with preconfigured security settings and is therefore easy to use.
  • Do not use ConfigSeeder with H2 persistency in production!

PostgreSQLConfigSeeder with PostgreSQL persistency:
  • ConfigSeeder with PostgreSQL persistency is ready to be used in production.
  • In contrast to ConfigSeeder with H2 persistency there is no preconfigured security.
  • You will need a valid license to use this variant.

SQL ServerConfigSeeder with SQL Server persistency:
  • ConfigSeeder with SQL Server persistency is ready to be used in production.
