Azure CNI Network Monitor: It monitors the network setup created by Azure CNI.

The Azure's CNI network monitor is a service that monitors and fixes any discrepancy in the layer 2 rules that are required to connect containers to Azure's Vnet. Over time, we plan to add more monitoring capabilities.
It can be deployed as a daemon set in the existing kubernetes cluster using the yaml from our Github repository.
The source code is still under review. PR can be found here.
