Docker image to be used to create lambda packages

This is a fat/generic lambda image you can use to prepare your packages before deploying them to AWS Lambda.

⁠What's included

Currently we support only Python, Ruby and NodeJS. In order to support the multiple runtimes of the same language, we relayed that feature on the the most
