costeapaul/enterotype_figures repository overview

General usage:

1. Get docker, if you don't have it already: https://docs.docker.com/⁠
2. Pull enterotype_figures docker docker pull costeapaul/enterotype_figures
3. Run: docker run -it -m 2g costeapaul/enterotype_figures /bin/bash

You will find the scripts and data in the ~/Enterotypes folder. Running each .R will generate a pdf with the figure. 4. Run R like: R --no-save < Figure1_c.R
