container to light up browsermob proxy

from https://bmp.lightbody.net/ lighting up the proxy on the default 8080 port.
usage example:
$ sudo docker run -d --net=host crowdprobe/browsermob
f3________________________________________31
$ curl http://localhost:8080/proxy #it takes a few seconds to start up!!!
curl: (7) Failed to connect to localhost port 8080: Connection refused
$ curl http://localhost:8080/proxy
