⁠What is Combo Keeper?

Combo Keeper helps you in using ordinary combination locks for keeping things out of reach for a predefined period of time. It does so by managing combos (the combinations to your physical locks) using virtual locks (conditions that prevent you from inspecting a combination). Lock conditions can be absolute dates or relative periods starting when the lock is created.

⁠How to use this image

Run manually from command line

docker run -dp 8000:443 --name combo-keeper crunchy3527/combo-keeper

or use a compose sheet like this

services:
  combo-keeper:
    image: crunchy3527/combo-keeper
    ports:
      - "8000:443"
    restart: unless-stopped

Note: the database is stored inside the container (not using a volume), so discarding the container removes the database as well. This is considered a security-by-obscurity feature; upgrading the app would most probably make the database content obsolete anyway.

A self-signed TLS certificate is used, to use a custom one, bind-mount it by adding -v <path-to-your-files>:/ssl/:ro to the command line, or extend the compose sheet accordingly.
