⁠Geotiff Data Component grpc4bmi server

A Docker image, based on the condaforge/miniforge3⁠ image, that configures a grpc4bmi⁠ server to run a containerized version of the Geotiff Data Component⁠ through Python. The code used for building this image, as well as examples of its use, can be found at https://github.com/csdms/bmi-geotiff-grpc4bmi⁠.
