1.docker pull csdotliu/detect:v2

2.docker run -it -p 5002:5002 -w /root/ detect:v2 python main.py

3.send a http post request

       3.1. "http://yourIP:5002/detect"

       3.2.the body post to container is "form-data"(like:["img":imageData]).

4.return the kind ID of the target that has the highest detecting socre.(using coco-labels).
