The latest version is 1.18.0

⁠Summary

ASKAPsoft contains Yandasoft, which is a general-purpose radio astronomy software, as well as components specific to ASKAP project. To run the software on HPC systems, we highly recommend using Singularity.

⁠Which Image to Use?

Please use the latest release (ie. with number). Images without a release number are under development and might be experimental. The images also have specific MPI target:

• MPICH (also works for Pawsey's Setonix)
• OpenMPI (version 4)

⁠How to Use

Usage is similar to that of Yandasoft. Find more information on Yandasoft in this location: https://hub.docker.com/r/csirocass/yandasoft⁠

For example:

singularity pull docker://csirocass/askapsoft:1.2.3-mpich

Note that this image should work on Pawsey's Setonix.
