⁠Simply URL

A python Restful application designed to shorten the URLs.

⁠How to run

• Execute the command below to create the requirement file url_mapping.json

touch url_mapping.json
echo "{}" > url_mapping.json

• Create and run the container with simply-url image

docker run -d -p 5002:5000 --name=simply-url \
csociety/simply-url -v $PWD/url_mapping.json:/code/url_mapping.json \
simply-url

• Once the simply-url is up and running use the below URL to access the Swagger UI

http://0.0.0.0:5001/swagger-ui

• To run the unit tests use the command below

docker exec -it simply-url python -m pytest
