Set variables TUNNEL_MAP to define the tunnel, TUNNEL_HOST as the and mount the ssh config into /root/.ssh.

Then use the "jump" host as run command

eg.:

docker run -e TUNNEL_MAP=8888:solr.internal:8983 -e TUNNEL_HOST=some-host -v $HOME/.ssh:/root/.ssh
