cybericebox/laboratory-controller repository overview

Cyber ICE Box — laboratory-controller

Overview

Kubernetes operator for lab groups, devices, networks and their lifecycle. Runs the controller-runtime manager that reconciles Laboratory custom resources into Kubernetes workloads and networking.

This image belongs to the Laboratory infrastructure layer, which runs isolated lab groups on Kubernetes.

Deployment

Deploy this image through the Laboratory Helm chart. The chart and operator provide its commands, Kubernetes permissions, networking and configuration; it is not a standalone lab environment.

To download a released image:

docker pull cybericebox/laboratory-controller:v1.0.0

Configuration

The chart settings for this image are operator.image. By default, Laboratory image tags follow the chart's appVersion; set the global image.tag or a component's image.tag to select another exact build. The chart rejects latest.

Use the values reference and deployment guide for the component's runtime requirements.

Versions

  • vX.Y.Z: coordinated Laboratory releases; use matching versions across its five images.
  • latest: the most recently promoted release, available for pulling.
  • vX.Y.Z-rc.N: release candidates, when published.
  • sha-<7>: development builds, when published.

Images are built for linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. Helm chart versions use X.Y.Z without the leading v.
