cyverse/cyverse-cli repository overview

Overview

Launch the Cyverse API command line as follows in order to be able to re-use your existing .agave directory containing your API credentials. Omit or change volume mount commands to use the container's own storage, but remember to save any client key/secret you generate as you will not be able to recover them.

docker run -it --rm=true -v $HOME/.agave:/root/.agave -v $HOME:/home -w /home cyverse/cyverse-cli

Pro tips

  • This image ships with a relatively up to date version of jq and python so you can jump right in scripting against it
