⁠Polymarker

Polymarker is an automated bioinformatics pipeline for SNP assay development which increases the probability of generating homoeologue-specific assays for polyploid wheat. Before using polymarker.rb you have to source ../.bashrc from the working directory.

This image is the same as the plain polymarker one, but already provides the wheat genome in the /data/ folder.

NOTE automate build not available because of the size of the genome. Dockerfile can be found at the following link: https://github.com/cyverseuk/polymarker_wheat⁠
