daemogar/firebase-cloud-functions repository overview

Since firebase cloud functions requires an older version of NodeJS, it is quite helpful to have a container for hosting the cloud functions for development and testing purposes. Under the assessment that a project has already been setup and development has already started, this container allows for the project to quickly be containerized.

docker run -d --rm -p :5000
-e FIREBASE_TOKEN=""
-v :/usr/src/data
daemogar/firebase-cloud-functions:latest

1. replace with the token from running firebase login:ci
2. replace with the port on the host machine
3. replace with the physical path to the project (remember this is the parent folder to the functions folder, not the functions folder itself)
