Fork from marcoturi/ionic-docker with Android SDK 25. Makefile added to provide shortcuts for most common commands:

• make start - starts project
• make enter - enter running container
• make upload - upload app into Ionic View⁠
• make run - run app on connected phone or virtual device
• make ionic cmd=foo - runs Ionic commans
• make delete - deletes container
• make purge - delete container and image
