daniells/vanitywallet repository overview

This image contains vanitygen-plus⁠ and MyEtherWallet⁠. Between them you can generate custom wallet addresses for 93 species of cryptocurrency.

⁠Suggested Use

cd ~/MyWalletsDir/
docker run -it -v  `pwd`:/root/wallets daniells/vanitywallet

. The image will drop you into the linked /root/wallets folder and print out a quick getting started guide. You can then generate a list of wallet addresses using a command like

vanitygen -C BTC -f patterns.txt -o wallets.BTC.txt 

or

vanitygen -C BTC -f patterns.txt -o wallets.BTC.txt 

⁠Performance

Both MyEtherWallet and vanitygen-plus multithread and will use all cores available. For better performance, allocate more CPUs in Docker's preferences.
