⁠VLL File Upload Microservice

Environment Variables
PORT (Default: 8122): Port that the avatar ms will listen on
STATIC_DIR (Default: '/usr/src/vll.avatars/static'): Path where the static file system is mounted.
AVATAR_DIR (Default: 'avatars/'): Relative path from STATIC_DIR to the directory where the avatars reside.
THUMBNAIL_DIR (Default: 'thumbnails/'): Relative path from STATIC_DIR to the directory where the thumbnails reside
DIMENSION (Default: 800): Height and width in pixels that the avatar should fit in. I.e. the max width and height.
PUBLIC_PATH (Default: 'https://vll.floris.amsterdam/static/⁠'): Public path where the static files can be reached.

Endpoints
/avatars/upload/:id: Upload an avatar for the account with :id.
/thumbnails/upload/:id: Upload a thumbnail for the dataset with :id.

Make sure the file is keyed with 'file'.
