dantebarba/rancher-cli repository overview

Based on rancher/cli version v0.6.4 and on badouralix/rancher-cli.

• Allows usage on CI environments such like GitLab-Ci, CircleCI, TravisCi.
• Modified Dockerfile version from badouralix/rancher-cli to be Rancher 1.x compatible (latest CLI version is for Rancher 2.0).
