Docker that contains a python script that harmonizes the AMR gene symbols produced by hAMRonization⁠.

Example:

Different AMR finding tools and different repositories found the following AMR hits at the same location on the same contig:

• (AGly)aadA1-pm
• aadA
• aadA1
• ant(3'')-Ia_1
• aadA1

They are all the same gene. The python script evaluates the list and outputs a consensus name for the gene = aadA
