danylmb/checkm repository overview

Do you get this error when you try to run checkm: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/root/.checkm/taxon_marker_sets.tsv'

Dont worry I fixed it. I added the reference data that was not included in staphb/checkm
