This is the pre-built Docker container to use with the PanTE⁠ pipeline.

More extensive documentation is available on the GitHub repo⁠. The build process is documented at https://github.com/darcyabjones/pante/tree/master/containers⁠.

Container tags are tied to the release versions of the pipeline, so pick the appropriate version :)

A singularity image is also available at https://cloud.sylabs.io/library/darcyabjones/default/pante⁠.
