⁠GitHub Actions Agent with Composer and PHP7 for Laravellists and PHP developers

As my attempt to create an image from scratch with Alpine has miserably failed due to its incompatibility to Musl Libc, I've decided to fork the good job of other fellows on GitHub⁠. I've changed the base image from debian to PHPDocker.io ubuntu based image with PHP7.4 CLI, added COMPOSER, and removed docker and docker-compose from the image. It's way lighter with less layers.

This has provided a good agent (Azure DevOps background :)) for basic PHP tasks. This Image is most suitable for Laravelists and PHP developers in general that use Composer as a dependency manager.

This image can also be used as a PHP CLI management plane if you don't want to install PHP on your host machine!
