Dockerfile for https://hub.docker.com/r/darrylbresland/jenkins_master⁠ automated build.

Any changes pushed to master will trigger a new docker image to be built automatically and tagged as :latest.

Uses the public jenkins image and simply updates itself and installs some plugins and packages for my environment.
