Any changes pushed to master will trigger a new docker image to be built automatically.

Sets up a new Jenkins slave with Ruby and Bundler. If the jenkins master has the swarm plugin installed and is available locally, this slave should automatically register itself with jenkins using the ruby_slave label and with build status set to exclusive, i.e., only run builds tagged with ruby_slave on this node.
