data.world Collector The data.world Collector is a command-line application that extracts metadata from databases, business intelligence tools, and other enterprise data sources, and represents the metadata in Resource Description Framework (RDF) statements.

License The data.world Collector software and related materials provided (the "Software" and "Materials") are only for use by users subject to an existing agreement with data.world, Inc. The Software and Materials are subject to the license terms, conditions and prohibitions set forth in that agreement. Use of the Software and Materials by others is prohibited.

You may not, directly or indirectly: (i) decrypt, circumvent or disable any security or other technological features or measures of the Software; (ii) alter, edit, modify, enhance, adapt, translate, or create (or attempt to create) derivative works based upon the Software or Materials, either in whole or in part; (iii) copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transfer or in any way exploit the Software and Materials; (iv) sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights or usage to the Software or Materials for any purpose including timesharing, rental, or service bureau purposes; (v) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice in or displayed by the Software or Materials; (vi) transfer, use, import, or export, directly or indirectly, the Software or Materials in violation of any laws or regulations of any applicable government or governmental agency; (vii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any portion of the Software; (viii) use any portion of the Software or Materials to create a competitive service, product or technology; (ix) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software; or (x) use, combine, compile, or link the Software, with any Software subject to a copyleft Open Source software license. Customer shall not use the Software or Materials (1) in violation of any applicable law, statute, ordinance, regulation or treaty, (2) for illegal purposes or in any illegal manner; or (3) to interfere with or disrupt other users, network services or network equipment. Interference or disruptions include distribution of unsolicited advertising or chain letters, propagation of computer worms and viruses, and use of the network to make unauthorized entry to any other machine accessible via the network.

This software contains data.world confidential and proprietary information and may not without data.world’s prior written consent be scanned, distributed or otherwise shared with any third party (including any security firm), or copied or used other than as contemplated in the agreement with you to provide our services and this license file.

DISCLAIMER; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE DRIVERS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE DATA.WORLD COLLECTOR ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. USE OF SUCH DRIVERS TO CONNECT TO THIRD PARTY APPLICATION ARE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH DATA.WORLD AND USE OF SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATION ARE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SUCH THIRD PARTY. DATA.WORLD, ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND ITS LICENSORS, SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO SUCH DRIVERS AND THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DATA.WORLD AND ITS LICENSORS TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR DATA.WORLD'S PROVISIONING OF SUCH DRIVERS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE THOUSAND ($1,000) DOLLARS. DATA.WORLD SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS.
