⁠How to launch Python Runtime image
docker run \
    --rm -it \
    --volume $(pwd):$(pwd) \
    --workdir $(pwd) \
    --volume pyenv:/root/.pyenv:rw \
    --volume penv:/root/.cache/pypoetry/virtualenvs:rw \
    datamoleai/python-runtime:<version> \
    <your-commands>
⁠Useful commands
  • Create / update env poetry install
  • Install package poetry install <package-name>
docker run \
    --rm -it \
    --volume $(pwd):$(pwd) \
    --workdir $(pwd) \
    --volume pyenv:/root/.pyenv:rw \
    --volume penv:/root/.cache/pypoetry/virtualenvs:rw \
    datamoleai/python-runtime:<version>
    poetry install
  • Run your experiment in the created environment poetry run python <your-exp.py>
docker run \
    --rm -it \
    --volume $(pwd):$(pwd) \
    --workdir $(pwd) \
    --volume pyenv:/root/.pyenv:rw \
    --volume penv:/root/.cache/pypoetry/virtualenvs:rw \
