JBIG2 is an image compression format for bi-level (black and white) images. This container packages encoder and decoder. You can use it to make nice and small PDF files:

⁠Usage

Scan all pages of a document as .pnm-files (or .png) and then run:

1. docker run -u "$(id -u):$(id -g)" -v "$(pwd)":/images datawraith/jbig2 jbig2 -p -s -v *.pnm
2. docker run -u "$(id -u):$(id -g)" -v "$(pwd)":/images datawraith/jbig2 pdf.py output > out.pdf

This will produce a very small PDF file with all pages of your document.
