Based on the Dockerfile from ardopilot⁠ version 4.0.2beta1 with these changes:

1. FROM ubuntu:latest (18.04 at the time of writing) instead of 16.04.
2. Git clone instead of COPY from the host clone. No hosts were harmed in the creation of this image.
