This is a preliminary image created to analyze multimodal (snRNA and snATAC) data for the Day lab.

Although additional packages are available in this container, the main targets were the following:

• Seurat
• Signac
• SCTransform
• Harmony
• mojaveazure/seurat-disk / 'SeuratDisk'
• AnnotationHub
• MACS2
• DESeq2/EdgeR/limma
• Libra
• UCell
• BSgenome.Rnorvegicus.UCSC.rn7

The parent image is from Bioconductor release 15.

Details on additional R packages versions can be inspected in the container.

⁠Quickstart

Go to the directory containing input files to mount it to the container and launch it

docker run -d --rm -p 8787:8787 -e PASSWORD=your_pass -v `pwd`:/home/rstudio daylabprojects/daylab_rat_nac_multimodal:0.2.0

Go to http://localhost:8787/⁠ and add rstudio username and your password from -e PASSWORD
