Run the Heroku Toolbelt inside Docker.

$ git clone https://github.com/dbrock/heroku-toolbelt-docker⁠ $ cd heroku-toolbelt-docker $ sudo make install $ heroku login

Your credentials will be saved in an automatically-created volume container called `heroku-USER' (where USER is your username).
