⁠DCDR Runtime 🚀

DCDR Runtime is a lightweight Docker image that runs the DCDR execution gateway in a self-contained container.

It can operate purely from a validated registry.json (no backend UI required), while also supporting an optional connected mode where it integrates with a managed control plane for multi-tenant registry and UI workflows.

• HTTP API for executing registered intents against configured AI providers
• Offline / runtime mode driven by a local registry.json (portable, reproducible deployments)
• Optional managed/connected mode for centralized registry management (when available)
• OpenAPI specification to simplify client/SDK generation and integrations
• Clear validation errors and predictable runtime behavior
