ddeweerd/modifier repository overview

This repository contains an image for the R package MODifieR. It is built upon rocker:verse 3.5.2. It also includes a use case which can serve as an example.

To start the RStudio instance:

docker run -e PASSWORD=a --rm -p 8787:8787 ddeweerd/modifier

The RStudio instance will run in the browser at port 8787:

http://localhost:8787/⁠

Username is rstudio, password is 'a'.
