Your image should add /root/deploy.tf (the root of your Terraform configuration) and /root/deploy.yml (your root Ansible playbook).

Mount a volume that will hold terraform.tfstate under /root/state.

If you want to supply variables to Terraform, either supply them as environment variables with a TF_VAR_ prefix, or as specified in the TF_VARIABLES_FILE environment variable.
