deepcomp/ds3 repository overview

You can run your own MUD with these commands:
mkdir /srv/mud && mkdir /srv/mud/lib
docker run --mount type=bind,src=/srv/mud/lib,dst=/srv/lib -p 0.0.0.0:6666:6666/tcp --rm -d -e puid=1000 -e pgid=1000 --name mud deepcomp/ds3:latest

With the puid and pgid ENV variables you can set the UID and GID who owns the MUD's files, and you can use docker-compose file. For example in /srv/mud folder:
mkdir /srv/mud
mkdir /srv/mud/lib
nano docker-compose.yml
version: '3.8'
services:
  mud:
    image: deepcomp/ds3:latest
    ports:
      - "6666:6666"
    environment:
      puid: 1000
      pgid: 1000
    volumes:
      - "./lib:/srv/lib"
    restart: always
