Basic image to run haystack (https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack/) on an Apple M1 Chip.
It's similar to deepset/haystack-cpu and deepset/haystack-gpu despite we left out a few dependencies that are currently not compatible for M1 (Ray, FAISS, Milvus, uvlopp, psycopg2-binary).
