⁠ONNX Runtime Base

This base image comes with the following libraries built on top of Linux Alpine 3.16 distribution. Libraries:

1. ONNXRuntime - 1.12.0
2. ONNX - 1.12.0
3. Python 3.10.8
4. numpy>=1.23.3
5. pandas>=1.4.4

The CI set-up of the image is at: https://github.com/deliveryhero/dh-fintech-risk-ml-service-base-image⁠. The latest tag is pushed by the CI/CD and the other tags push are manual.
