Vythos, is a web-application (https://vythos.jaqpot.org/⁠) developed using R and shiny package, that hosts four predictive models for the estimation of toxicity indices. Interested users can upload a set of engineered nanomaterials with known properties and unknown toxicity and acquire reliable predictions. Vythos incorporates the concepts of grouping, read-across and optimization through the solution of a Mixed Integer Linear Programming problem.
