deputynl/dailyclone repository overview

RCLONE local content to a remote site. Runs at configurable time.

To configure for the first time an rclone.conf file needs to be created, which can be done by running the following command: docker run --rm -it --entrypoint="/usr/bin/rclone" -v $(pwd)/config:/config deputynl/dailyclone config --config /config/rclone.conf

Requires environment variables:

  • $BACKUPSOURCE - source folder out of which to backup all folders
  • $BACKUPDESTINATION - destination folder where tars are written
  • $BACKUPARGS - arguments you want to pass to the copy command
  • $BACKUPHOUR - hour in local time at which the process should run
  • $BACKUPMINUTE - minute in local time at which the process should run
