⁠How to use this image

The most straightforward way to use this image is to use a Tomcat container as runtime environment. In your Dockerfile, writing something along the lines of the following will run your web project:

FROM devstudy/tomcat:8
RUN rm -rf /opt/tomcat/ROOT
ADD target/ROOT.war /opt/tomcat/webapps/

You can then run and build the Docker image:

$ docker build -t my-java-app .
$ docker run -it --rm --name my-running-app my-java-app
