Small alpine linux build that uses socat to mirror a remote port on the local docker host.

You need to set at least two environment variables for it to work properly:

TargetHost - this is the host that you want to mirror the port from TargetPort - this is the port on the host that you just defined above

Optionally, you can also define LocalPort which is the port on the docker image where the target above will be mirrored to. If left undefined this will default to 8345.
