Builds and saves a Docker image that contains the following functionality:

make make - Build a makefile with the current config as defined in config.json.make build - Builds the image with the required versions.make validate - Validates that the build correctly incorporated the expected versions.make list - List the available targets for make.You will need this repo, and the inf-base repo, which should be located parallel to this repo.
This master pipeline for this repo has been scheduled to run every Monday between 10 and 11AM.
The results will be presented in the #deployment Slack channel.
The config.json file in each of the docker-xxx repos describes the versions of the tools built into the image as
well instructions on how to validate the build.
The root elements are:

| repository | The AWS ECR and Docker Hub repository to hold the image. They AWS ECR repository must already exist before attempting to push the image to the repos. |
| requirements | A set of descriptions to determine which tools are to be put into the image as well as how to validate them. |
The requirement elements are:

| force | Forces a build of the image, regardless of what has been cached. This is primarily used for tools that do not allow you to nominate the version that is required. | false |
| install_version | The general version that you need to ask for when the tool does not allow a specific version to be asked for. | |
| name | The name of the tool and is used as the command also. | |
| self_update | If there is a version number change for this requirement, then automatically update the config and re-run a build. | |
| skip_version_check | Set to true if there is no way to easily validate the version of the tool, or no validation is required. | false |
| version | The required version. | |
| version_option | The command's option to display the command's version. | --version |
| versions_regex | The regex to extract the old and new versions when the version is not an exact match. Requires oldVersion and newVersion anchors. |
