Simple web app using Rust and Rocket.

The app was written while learning Rust and Rocket for web development. Very simple. For the list of programming languages below you may
print in address bar: localhost:8001/identity/Haskell and get the syntax of identity function in Haskell (similar for other members of the list)
To run the app: $docker run -it -p 8001:8000 identity_functions (or some other suitable port number instead of 8001).
