dmlond/bwa_samtools_base repository overview

This is the base image that is used by other images to create a simple, proof of concept bwa multiple sequence alignment container.

• starts from centos:centos6
• install epel rpm
• installs bwa and samtools from yum
• default CMD prints the versions of bwa and samtools installed (can be overridden)
