Issue the following command in CLI to pull the latest AFQ pipeline compatible with Docker.

docker pull dmri/afq

⁠Run

AFQ container may be called with

docker run -it --rm \
    -v [SOURCE PATH]:[DESTINATION PATH]
    dmr/afq [PATH TO dt6.mat]
