BCOnexus is an platform-free open-source application, delivered as a Docker image, presents a interactive web service for importing, editing, and exporting BioCompute Objects (BCO), a framework for standardizing and sharing computations and analyses generated from High-throughput sequencing.

BCOnexus can be launched locally on any platform supporting execution of Docker images, and can be accessed from any web browser using a non-standard port.
